Are your fragrance decants authentic?

Yes. All Prime Decants products are 100% authentic luxury fragrance decants.
Every decant is sourced directly from authorized retailers and official brand boutiques. We never sell clones, dupes, diluted fragrances, or gray-market products. Each decant comes from a genuine, full-size original bottle and is filled with care to preserve the fragrance exactly as intended.

What is a fragrance decant?

A fragrance decant is a smaller amount of a luxury perfume or cologne transferred from the original bottle into a glass atomizer. Decants allow you to experience high-end fragrances without paying full bottle prices, which can often exceed hundreds of dollars.

Decants are ideal for:

  • Trying a fragrance before committing

  • Travel or daily carry

  • Rotating multiple scents

How are Prime Decants filled?

All decants are filled fresh after your order is placed.
We use sterile, single-use syringes, disposable gloves, and a clean workspace to prevent cross-contamination. Each decant is transferred into a glass, leak-proof screw-top atomizer, then double-checked for accuracy, presentation, and leaks before shipping.

How many sprays are in each decant size?

Spray counts vary slightly based on atomizer pressure and spray style, but on average:

  • 3ml: ~75–90 sprays (2–4 weeks of wear)

  • 5ml: ~125–150 sprays (1–2 months of wear)

  • 10ml: ~250–300 sprays (2–3+ months of wear)

Estimates are based on ~3 sprays per day.

Is a decant enough to test a fragrance before buying a full bottle?

Yes — decants are more than enough to properly test a fragrance.
Unlike store testers or single-use samples, decants allow you to wear a scent multiple times across different days, weather conditions, and occasions. Many customers find they don’t need the full bottle at all.

How many sprays should I use?

Most people apply 4–5 sprays, but this depends on the fragrance concentration and strength. Stronger scents (extraits, darker profiles) often require fewer sprays, while lighter fragrances may need more. Personal preference always matters.

Do fragrance decants expire?

Fragrances do not expire quickly when stored correctly.
To maintain longevity and scent quality, store your decants in a cool, dark place, away from heat and direct sunlight. When properly stored, decants perform just like the original bottle.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional day. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, and tracking is provided as soon as your order leaves.

Are orders shipped discreetly?

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, protective packaging with no indication of the contents.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?

If there is an issue with delivery, please contact us directly. Each situation is handled individually to ensure a fair and proper resolution.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to fragrance hygiene standards, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements are only issued if an item arrives damaged. Please email chase@primedecants.com with photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Do you offer bundles or custom decant orders?

Yes. We offer bundle options and custom recommendations.
