Are your decants authentic?

Yes, every decant is 100% authentic. All fragrances are sourced directly from trusted retailers such as Sephora, Louis Vuitton boutiques, Saks Fifth Avenue, and other verified authorized distributors. We never use clones, dupes, or diluted fragrances. Every decant comes from a genuine, original bottle.

How are the decants filled?

Each order is prepared fresh after it is placed. Decants are filled using single-use sterile syringes, disposable gloves, and a clean workspace to ensure purity. Nothing is reused and nothing is cross-contaminated. Every sample is handled with care, so you receive the scent exactly as the brand intended.

How long does a 10ml decant last?

A 10ml decant typically lasts 60–120 sprays, depending on the atomizer and how heavily you spray. On average, this is enough for 2–4 weeks of daily wear, or longer if used sparingly. Longevity varies by fragrance concentration (Eau de Parfum vs Extrait) and how many sprays you prefer.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are filled promptly once your purchase is received. After your decant is prepared, shipping takes 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Due to the nature of fragrance and hygiene standards, all sales are final.
Refunds are only provided if your package arrives damaged or broken.
To request a refund, email a photo of the damaged item to chase@primedecants.com within 48 hours of delivery.

How should I store my decants?

For best longevity and scent quality, store your decants in a cool, dark place, away from heat or direct sunlight. Proper storage keeps your fragrances fresh and true to their original composition.

Do you offer bundles or custom orders?

Yes, bundle sets and custom decant combinations are available.
