Our Business Model
Prime Decants sells authentic fragrance decants — portions of genuine, full-size fragrance bottles. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with any fragrance brand.
Product Accuracy
We make every effort to accurately describe each decant, including the scent name, brand, and volume. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual packaging may vary.
Orders & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately at support@primedecants.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been packed for shipment.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Prime Decants is not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss transfers to the carrier upon handoff.
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final except in cases of damage, incorrect items, or loss in transit (see our Refund Policy for details).
Limitation of Liability
Prime Decants is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
Intellectual Property
All site content (text, images, design) is the property of Prime Decants. Brand names and trademarks used on this site belong to their respective owners and are used solely for product identification.
