Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because our products are hand-filled fragrance vials, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference or change of mind — this is standard for the fragrance decant industry.
Exceptions
We do accept requests for replacement or refund in the following circumstances:
- Your order arrived damaged or leaking
- You received the wrong item
- Your package was lost in transit
How to Request a Replacement
Contact support@primedecants.com within 72 hours of delivery (or 72 hours after expected delivery for lost packages). Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item. We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
If a replacement is not possible, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
