Are your fragrances 100% authentic?

Every decant we sell is sourced from 100% authentic, full-size bottles. We do not deal in imitations, counterfeits, or designer-inspired products.

What exactly is a decant?

A decant is a smaller portion of an authentic fragrance transferred from the original bottle into a separate spray vial. It lets you experience a luxury scent at a fraction of the cost of a full bottle.

How are the decants filled?

Each decant is carefully hand-filled using a clean needle or direct-spray method to preserve the integrity of the fragrance. Every vial is sanitized before use and sealed immediately after filling.

How many sprays can I expect from each size?

Approximately: 2 mL ≈ 20–25 sprays, 5 mL ≈ 50–60 sprays, 10 mL ≈ 100–120 sprays. Spray counts may vary slightly depending on the fragrance viscosity.

What is the shelf life of a decant?

Stored properly (away from heat, light, and humidity), a decant will maintain its character for 3–5 years or more — the same as an unopened full bottle.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 0–2 business days. Once shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, delivery typically takes 3–6 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we hope to offer in the future.

Can I return a decant?

Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, with the wrong item, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 72 hours and we will make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Take a photo of the damage immediately and email us at support@primedecants.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

Do you offer bundles or samples?

Yes! We offer multi-decant bundles at a discount. Browse our full collection and look for bundle listings, or contact us to build a custom set.

Are you affiliated with any fragrance brands?

No. Prime Decants is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the fragrance houses whose products we sell. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can also log in at prime-decants-2.myshopify.com/account to view your order history.
