Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and packed within 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods or promotional sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 days; we'll notify you by email if there's a delay.

Shipping Carriers & Methods

We ship via USPS. Our default service is USPS Ground Advantage (3–6 business days). Priority Mail (2–3 business days) is available as an upgrade at checkout.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40 within the United States.

Shipping Confirmation

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@primedecants.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photos of any damage. We'll work with USPS to resolve the issue and, where applicable, ship a replacement.
